We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the preset you have ordered is not a good a good fit for you, we are here to help you out. 

First we will help you tweak it so that you are satisfied. Because after all, we want you to have a great mix and be successful as an artist. 

If you are still truly unsatisfied, we will provide you with a full refund.

NOTE** We do NOT offer refunds to anyone claiming they "accidentally" purchased a product or "did not mean to" buy. - This excluded someone who accidentally purchased the wrong DAW, we can simply send you the correct DAW in exchange.
